Acli4Africa, nasce Enaip Mozambico

“Voi state facendo una cosa molto importante, perché vi preparate a diventare dei lavoratori, e questo sarà importante per il vostro paese e per la vostra famiglia”. Le parole del Presidente nazionale delle ACLI, Roberto Rossini, agli studenti dell’Istituto Tecnico Industriale “Estrela do mar” di Inhassoro fondato dall’Ente Nazionale delle ACLI per l’Istruzione Professionale (Enaip) nel 2004, chiudono la missione Acli4Africa in Mozambico. Il momento centrale della missione è stato sicuramente la firma dell’atto notarile per la costituzione dell’Enaip Mozambico, un ente di formazione di diritto mozambicano (di cui è stato nominato presidente Lugi Bobba) che potrà muoversi più agilmente nel paese africano, permettendo alla scuola di formazione di Inhassoro di compiere un ulteriore passo in avanti. L’istituto infatti, cresciuto negli ultimi anni grazie anche al supporto, oltre che delle ACLI, del Patronato, dell’Enaip, di Ipsia e del CTA, rappresenta oggi una delle migliori scuole professionali di tutto il Mozambico e consente ai suoi studenti di avere un livello di preparazione paragonabile a quello degli altri istituti tecnici occidentali, un know-out fondamentale per intercettare la domanda di tecnici specializzati di cui l’Africa ha sempre più bisogno. La delegazione, formata da Roberto Rossini, Presidente nazionale delle ACLI e dell’Enaip,  Luigi Bobba, ex presidente delle Acli ed ex Sottosegretario al lavoro, Antonino Ziglio, Responsabile relazioni internazionali dell’Enaip e presidente nazionale di Acli Terra, Battista Castagna dell’Area esteri Enaip, Giancarlo Tonutti dell’Enaip Mozambico e Michele Lepora di Ipsia, ha visitato la scuola di Inhassoro, toccando con mano una realtà d’eccellenza che ha cambiato la vita di tanti cittadini africani. “Le ACLI sono qui per tutti voi – ha concluso Rossini – per aiutarvi a realizzare quello che desiderate diventare”.

Acli4Africa, Enaip Mozambico is born!

“You are doing a very important thing, because you are going to enter the labour market and this is something essential for your families and for your country” said the National President of Acli to the students of the Industrial Technical institute “Estrela do mar” of Inhassoro (founded in 2004 by ENAIP, Acli National Institute for the vocational training). With these words Roberto Rossini officially closed the Acli4Africa mission in Mozambique.

The highlight of the entire mission has been the signature of the notarial deed for the creation of Enaip Mozambique: a training institution established under Mozambican law – whose chairman is Luigi Bobba, former president of ACLI and  former Undersecretary of Labor – in order to easily operate in the African country and therefore to make further steps forward.

Indeed, the Institute, grown thanks to the efforts of the Acli, the Patronato, Enaip, Ipsia and the CTA, has become one of the top vocational training schools in Mozambique, allowing students to achieve a level of preparation equal to the one of western schools and able to redress the demand of technicians of which the country is lacking.

The delegation, made up of Roberto Rossini (National President of ACLI and ENAIP), Luigi Bobba (former President of ACLI and  former Undersecretary of Labor), Antonino Ziglio (National President of Acli Terra as well as chief in charge of ENAIP’s international relations), Battista Castagna (Responsible for ENAIP Foreign Affairs), Giancarlo Tonutti  (consultant of ENAIP Mozambique) and Michele Lepora (Ipsia),  have recently had the chance to visit the center of excellence of Inhassoro and to experience the (steady) progress which is changing the life of several African people. “Acli are here for you all – concluded President Rossini – to
